What is your return policy for furniture and rugs?
We accept returns on most stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to large furniture items, and custom or 'Made to Order' pieces are final sale.
Can I request fabric or finish samples before purchasing?
Yes, we encourage customers to order swatches to ensure the perfect fit for their space. You can request up to five fabric or wood finish samples through our website or by contacting our concierge team.
Do you offer professional assembly and installation?
Our White Glove Delivery service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials. This service is automatically applied to all large furniture orders.
What kind of warranty do you provide on your products?
Elte products are backed by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural integrity and craftsmanship under normal residential use, though it does not cover natural wear and tear or accidental damage.
How do I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. For large furniture deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you directly via phone or email to coordinate a specific delivery window.
